I am a licensed School Psychologist with over 16 years of experience working in the public schools. As a seasoned psychologist, I am honored to have helped hundreds of individuals grow, thrive and better understand their abilities in order to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. I believe deeply that every individual was born with a God-given purpose and that life is best lived authentically. True Compass allows me to empower and encourage individuals with knowledge of their natural strengths and abilities, and then align that information with careers they will find satisfying and prosperous.

For 20 years, I have worked with children and their families in educational and clinical settings. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, I have evaluated the communication skills of children, interpreted the results and guided their teachers and parents through treatment strategies.
I have four children, Luke, Drew, Laine, and Cameron. As my children began their search for a college major and career, we sought out aptitude testing and found it invaluable. I saw the need for this service in our area and began my journey to develop the best process to guide others to learn about their own strengths and abilities. I am passionate about helping others learn more about themselves, and using that information to create a life they love.
