How it works:
You'll take the assessment at your own pace prior to the workshop.
We'll review your results during the workshop.
A one-on-one follow up meeting will be available for participants wanting a personalized interpretation of your results.
Take the Assessment by March 24th
After registering, you’ll receive instructions to complete the assessment at home, on your own time and at your own pace. Unlike many assessments, this experience involves completing a series of timed exercises rather than answering questions about yourself. No studying or preparation is required, and there is no way to fail—the assessment simply reveals how you naturally work and solve problems. The total time is approximately 2½ hours and may be completed over several shorter sessions.
Attend the Group Workshop on March 26th
Thursday, March 26th from 6pm - 8 pm
The workshop includes a guided review of your True Compass Career Discovery Assessment results. You’ll explore objective data about your natural strengths and gain insight into the types of work tasks and environments where you’re most likely to thrive. Additional insight from personality, interest, and values assessments helps clarify what may be missing in your current role and informs thoughtful decisions about your Next Chapter.
Optional Individual Follow Up Meeting
The group format allows participants to access their results at a reduced cost and begin processing the information independently. For those who would like personalized support in interpreting their results and applying them to their unique situation and decisions, individual follow-up sessions are available for purchase.
